TIME FOR CAMPING

Your camp at the foot of the cliffs and by the river: a large lodge tent with a view of the river to chat, have a coffee or take shelter in case of bad weather…

On the campsite: Capacity 20 people in bivouac tents of 2 to 4 places equipped with 70*190 mattresses and pillows (undersheets provided), a collective barbecue and braziers.
Sanitary block of the campsite with showers and WC. Refreshment bar, bread to order, small grocery shop. Restaurant and snack bar 100 metres away.

On the water: Genuine canoes from the great Canadian lakes equipped with authentic wooden paddles for ideal navigation.

03 | What an adventure ?

DESCRIPTION OF THE 2-DAY TOUR

Arrival at the Canoe Base Camp at 18:00 the day before, installation, equipment handover, safety instructions, initiation.

First day: We take you by minibus to the starting point for a 20 kilometre trip. Arrival and overnight at the Canoe Base Camp

Second day: Departure at 10am for a 20km circuit, arrival at 5pm. Return to the Canoe Base Camp by shuttle bus. End of your expedition.

You have the possibility to extend your adventure for an extra night at the camp.
Extra night: 20€/pers

DESCRIPTION OF THE 4-DAY TOUR

Arrival at the Canoe Base Camp at 18:00 the day before, installation, equipment handover, safety instructions, initiation.

First day : Departure 9:30 am for a transfer to Argentat-Monceaux to go to Brivezac with 19 km of navigation. Arrival and night in Brivezac.

Second day: Departure at your convenience (10-11am) for a 16.5km circuit. Arrival and night in Liourdres.

Third day : Departure at 10am for Gluges. Circuit 23 Km. Arrival and night at the Canoe Base Camp in Gluges.

Fourth day: Departure at 10 am for a 19 km circuit, arrival 5 pm. Return to the Canoe Base Camp by shuttle bus. Arrival and overnight at the Canoe Base Camp in Gluges. End of your expedition.

FOR CANOEING
  • Wearing a lifejacket is mandatory
  • Know how to swim 25m
  • Children minimum 6 years
FOR THE CAMP
  • Please respect the silence after 22h
  • Please do not leave any trace of your stay in the camp
  • Fires are not allowed, use the braziers provided on the basecamp.
  • Table-top fridge, kettle, telephone charging point are available in the lodge tent
